I have so many different ways of saying how good it was...but I just can't decide on one. So, I'll say that I couldn't imagine it being any better! It was definitely the best gig I've ever been to, and I've been around the block.

I waited so long to FINALLY see MCS in the flesh (which sucked - the waiting I mean) but it was so unbelievably, unfathomably worth it! I sat with my friend on that fecking cold pavement, at the front of the queue, listening to my iPod (MCS of course (: ) for God knows how long (HOURS,) just so we could get to the front when we got inside...and I would do it again - again and again.

Jenny and Free Energy were good, but when my friend and I saw those glasses and that crazy hair...I think we might have screamed - just a tiny bit.

I tried to catch the picks and other objects being thrown from the stage, but sadly someone whacked me one in the back of the head and now I think about it I might have damaged them slightly for it.

But getting past the mini-fight I may or may not have had with a very rude person, when 'Capital H' came on I died and went to heaven with every other sweaty fan jumping and singing around me.

I still can't get over how awesome it was, and I can't listen to any MCS song from the set without getting a little physical thrill knowing I've heard it live.

The only downer was my friend and I couldn't find the Purple Turtle )': So we went home, ate toast and watched Mean Girls and Freaky Friday.

Best Friday night of my life.
